Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Production Control Analyst (PCA 7000) to join our dynamic team at Mecwa. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our advanced manufacturing processes while ensuring maximum efficiency and quality control standards are maintained across our production facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze production data using our proprietary PCA 7000 system
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand
• Coordinate with various departments to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve production efficiency
• Generate and analyze performance reports
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and mentor junior staff on production control procedures
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
  Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production control or similar role
• Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of quality control processes and ISO standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certification in production control systems preferred
